for winning the RISC-Stephen P. Koff 2011 award to the best doctoral thesis within the consortium. Thesis title: "Les indiens wayuu et le projet minier du Cerrejón en Colombie: Stratégies et politiques de reconnaissance et d’identité " completed at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales EHESS in Paris, 2009.
